We produce IESSI with organic cherry and ginger juice, to which we add aromatic natural extracts and infusions of rhubarb, gentian, bitter orange, wormwood, quinine and chili pepper.
We make our aperitifs in northern Italy. Our name, IESSI, comes from Friulian, the little-known regional dialect still spoken to this day in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
It means “to be, to exist.”
It's pronounced "yess-ee."
