Inspired by an original family recipe, L’Aperitivo IESSI reimagines the classic Italian bitter as an alcohol-free aperitif, without compromising on flavor or complexity.

Crafted in Northern Italy with natural botanical extracts and infusions, its aromatic notes of bitter orange, gentian root, rhubarb and cherry create a pleasant, layered bitterness that adds depth to every sip. Ginger and chili pepper extracts add a slightly spicy and long finish.

Acclaimed by some of the world’s best bartenders for its originality and versatility, L’Aperitivo can be enjoyed simply over ice with a slice of lemon, as a long-drink (with sparkling or tonic water), or in any classic Italian cocktail : Negroni, Garibaldi, Shakerato, Spritz… L’Aperitivo is layered, complex, and unapologetically bitter.

You might even forget that it’s alcohol-free.

Flavor Profile

Bittersweet and layered, L’Aperitivo is crafted with a base of natural cherry and ginger juice, to which we add natural botanical extracts and infusions.

With notes of: bitter orange, ginger, cherry, rhubarb, gentian root, quinine, wormwood and chili pepper.

How to Drink

L’Aperitivo is ready-to-drink: simply serve it over ice, with a slice of lemon.

You can also serve it as a long-drink, with tonic water, ginger beer, kombucha, or any other sparkling beverage of your choice.

L’Aperitivo is also an excellent base for making Alcohol-free cocktails such as an alcohol free Spritz.
