Ingredients

• 60ml IESSI Aperitivo
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• Fresh jalapeño
• Ginger beer
• Mint leaves

1 – In a shaker, gently muddle one sliced fresh jalapeño with a handful of mint leaves

2 – Add IESSI Aperitivo, the fresh lime juice and plenty of ice

3 – Shake vigorously for 15 seconds

4 – Fine-strain into a highball glass, fill with ice, and top with ginger beer

5 – Garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of jalapeño
