SHIPPING

We ship to the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing.
For orders in metropolitan France: we offer free shipping for orders over 50€; for orders under 50€, our shipping costs are 7.50€ for home deliveries (without signature) and 4.50€ for shipping to GLS relay points.
For all other countries shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

WHERE IESSI IS MADE

We partner with a family-run distillery in Trieste to produce and bottle L’Aperitivo and make the concentrated base for Il Frizzante. The final carbonation and bottling for Il Frizzante takes place in Biella, using the Alpine region’s pure and light water.
All our ingredients are sourced from Italian suppliers. The glass bottles and tops for L’Aperitivo and Il Frizzante are manufactured in Europe. Our labels are printed at an atelier near the French Alps.
SUSTAINABILITY & 1% FOR THE PLANET

Environmental responsibility is important to us.
We’re a proud member of 1% For the Planet, with 1% of iessi's annual revenue donated to local nonprofits in Paris.
We fulfill deliveries to restaurants, bars and hotels in Paris and Marseille via cargo bike.
Our bottles and tops are entirely recyclable. Most of our packaging is made from recycled cardboard. Our bottles are produced with partially recycled glass. Our partners and suppliers are based in France and Italy, reducing the environmental impact of shipping and logistics.
HOW TO STORE

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening.
iessi is best served chilled. We recommend keeping L’Aperitivo and Il Frizzante in the refrigerator before drinking.
0% ALCOHOL

Our apéritifs contain trace amounts of alcohol from the use of alcohol-based natural extracts. The total alcohol by volume (ABV) is less than 0.5%, well below the EU’s legal minimum of 1.2% ABV required to classify a product as non-alcoholic.
SOBRIETY

Each person's recovery and sobriety is unique. We hope iessi can be a satisfying non-alcoholic alternative for those who don't drink alcohol as well as anyone seeking to drink less or explore new options. Please do note that iessi contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
PREGNANCY

Beverages like iessi, with less than 0.5% ABV, are generally considered safe for consumption during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and by children under the legal drinking age. With limited research on the effects of consuming trace amounts of alcohol during pregnancy, some healthcare professionals advise against any alcohol consumption. If in doubt, we encourage you to consult with your doctor.
L’Aperitivo and Il Frizzante contain minor amounts of cinchona bark extract, the natural source of quinine. In large quantities, quinine has been linked to complications during pregnancy. Although experimental data suggests that moderate consumption of quinine and chloroquine is safe during pregnancy, some healthcare professionals recommend avoiding it.
RESTRICTIONS

L’Aperitivo and Il Frizzante are vegan, gluten-free and caffeine-free. They contain no artificial colors or flavors.
L’Aperitivo and Il Frizzante are not certified Halal or Kosher.
