Ingredients

• 50ml IESSI Aperitivo
• 15ml verjus
• Grapefruit soda
• Citrus

1 - In a highball glass filled with ice, pour IESSI Aperitivo and verjus

2 - Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently to combine

3 - Garnish with a citrus wedge or twist
