  • 45ml strong Earl Grey tea, cooled
  • One teaspoon olive brine
  • Green olive

1 – Add the ingredients in a mixing glass

2 – Fill with ice and stir gently until chilled

3 – Strain into a tumbler glass over ice

4 – Garnish with a green olive
