Inspiré d’une recette familiale originale, L’Aperitivo IESSI réinvente l’apéritif italien en sans alcool – sans compromis sur le goût ni la complexité.
Élaboré dans le nord de l’Italie à partir d’extraits et d’infusions botaniques naturelles, ses notes aromatiques d’orange amère, de racine de gentiane, de rhubarbe et de cerise s’associent pour une amertume agréable et nuancée. Les extraits de gingembre et piment prolongent l’expérience avec une finale légèrement épicée et persistante.
Plébiscité par les bartenders pour son originalité et sa versatilité, L’Aperitivo se déguste aussi bien sur glace avec une tranche de citron, en long-drink (avec de l’eau pétillante ou du tonic), que dans tous les cocktails classiques italiens : Negroni, Garibaldi, Shakerato, Spritz…

I’ve been alcohol free for several years now and Iessi by far is my favorite non-alcoholic cocktail! Just the right amount of bitterness to make it so different from a juice or something you down in one and feel frustrated at the short experience. It also works in so many different cocktail combinations!
Exactly what I love about an Italian aperitivo, but without the alcohol. Much more original and interesting than any other non-alcoholic aperitif I've tried. I especially love to use it in a low-ABV cocktail!

È stata un’estate caldissima e uno dei piaceri che ho potuto provare è stato quello di potermi godere il “Frizzante” ghiacciato. Non lo conoscevo ma adesso è diventato assolutamente insostituibile!
Abbiamo avuto occasione di assaggiare “L’Aperitivo” sia in Italia che a Parigi e l’abbiamo trovato eccezionale perché molto versatile e quindi facilmente utilizzabile in diversi cocktails. Ogni qualvolta ci è stato suggerito o l’abbiamo richiesto siamo rimasti sorpresi da come valorizza gli altri prodotti con cui viene utilizzato. Super!
Mein neuer Lieblings-Aperitivo. Ich trinke Iessi am liebsten mit Soda, aber auch zum Mixen von Cocktails ist er richtig stark – mit Mezcal harmoniert der Aperitivo zum Beispiel unglaublich gut :))
Geschmacklich einfach unglaublich – angenehm herb, komplex und gleichzeitig erfrischend. Mir gefällt, dass er nicht zu süß ist und sich von vielen anderen Drinks abhebt. Ist inzwischen definitiv einer meiner Favoriten, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter. Bin ein echter Iessi-Fan geworden.
IESSI Aperitivo has a great balance of bitterness, citrus and aromatic notes, making it feel like a proper grown-up aperitivo rather than just another alcohol-free substitute. It works beautifully with tonic or soda and makes an excellent base for a non-alcoholic spritz. Complex, refreshing and very well made.
IESSI Frizzante is fresh, elegant and incredibly easy to enjoy. The bubbles are delicate, the flavour is balanced and it has a lovely dry finish without feeling overly sweet. A brilliant alcohol-free alternative for aperitivo, celebrations or simply by the glass. Definitely one of the most convincing sparkling options I’ve tried.
